Kulraj holds experience of more than 15 years in the field of Indirect Taxes and Government Regulatory work.

He has advised/ represented clients of diverse sectors on Indirect Tax issues, structuring areas and planning opportunities. Kulraj’s area of expertise includes laws relating to GST, excise duty, service tax, value added tax, customs duty and foreign trade policy.

Kulraj has also represented industry associations, clients before Ministries and Government Bodies over specific concerns, seeking trade incentives or relaxations. He has been actively involved in the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme and has handhold several clients in claiming benefit under various PLI schemes.

He is a regular speaker at various industry forums, associations and industry workshops.

Kulraj is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds bachelor’s degrees in commerce and law.
