Vishal Lohia is an Associate Partner in Dhruva Advisors based in the Mumbai office.

He is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in tax and regulatory matters, with a special focus on financial services.

Prior to joining Dhruva, Vishal was associated with the financial services team at EY.

Vishal’s areas of expertise include advising on international and domestic tax laws, exchange control regulations, RBI regulations, SEBI regulations. In particular, he advises NBFCs, Funds, FPIs, AIFs, Banks, Family offices/ Promoters on tax and regulatory aspects, including structuring, cash repatriation, investments, exits, litigation strategy.

Vishal has been advising several entities in the financial services sector as well as entities in other sectors.
