He provides strategic advice to inbound and outbound funds on structuring and works closely with promoter families to offer solutions for tax optimization, investment structures, and managing inbound and outbound remittances.

He has extensive experience in addressing financial sector-related issues, guiding entities such as NBFCs, AIFs, and insurance companies on their routine tax and regulatory matter.

Prior to joining Dhruva, he was part of the financial services team at Ernst & Young.
