Ujjwal is an Associate Partner in our UAE office. He is a Lawyer with a rich consulting experience of more than 13 years in Indirect taxes.

Ujjwal handles various clients in the GCC in real estate, healthcare, hospitality, government sector, manufacturing, etc.

He has successfully implemented VAT in the UAE and GST in India for many conglomerates in diversified sectors.

Ujjwal has extensive experience in advising clients on indirect tax structuring, devising tax-saving options, compliance, due diligence, etc. During his career, he has handled many litigations as well.

Prior to joining Dhruva, he was part of PwC (UAE) and KPMG (India).
