Sudhir is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has over 30 years of wide-ranging experience in transfer pricing, international taxation, tax litigation and exchange control regulations.

Sudhir was previously a partner at Sudit K Parekh & Co.

Sudhir is well-known in professional circles as an International Tax and Transfer Pricing specialist. He has extensive experience in tax advisory and litigation. Sudhir has also appeared before the Reserve bank of India in connection with exchange control matters.

Sudhir also regularly contributes articles in various professional journals and is a frequent speaker at events organized by professional bodies such as the Bombay Chartered Accountancy(BCA) Society, the Chamber of Tax Consultants, etc.
