Saurav is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a law graduate from Delhi University, with more than 16 years of post qualification experience in corporate tax, direct tax and transfer pricing litigation and international tax advisory.

He has advised with multinational companies on their corporate tax issues including India entry strategy. Along with advisory, he has also represented clients before various tax authorities & alternate dispute resolution forums. He has also assisted client in tax litigation before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), High Court and Supreme Court.

His advisory and litigation skill makes a good blend together for pragmatic advice while minimizing tax risks.

Prior to joining Dhruva, he was Practice Leader with SW India and has also worked with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys.
