Sandeep, a Chartered Accountant by profession, with a distinguished career spanning over 14 years, is based out of our Abu Dhabi office. Sandeep steps forward to offer modern tax solutions, backed with data-driven matrices across the spectrum of Direct and International Tax.

Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University and an Advanced Professional Certification in International Taxation from IBFD Netherlands.

He brings an expertise in corporate tax advisory and compliance, having worked in the GCC.

Sandeep’s strategic acumen has seen him representing clients in discussions with Tax Authorities and Finance Ministries, while his thought leadership is evident through his published articles and speaking engagements at public events and seminars. His clientele, spanning the Middle East, US, UK, Europe, and India, represents diverse industries including Energy and Natural Resources, Telecommunication, EPC, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Consumer/Retail and Logistics.

Additionally, his experience in leading large finance and tax transformation projects underscores his commitment to optimizing taxation activities for clients.

Prior to joining Dhruva, Sandeep worked with Deloitte Middle East, KPMG Lower Gulf (Oman) and Ernst & Young (India).

Beyond his professional achievements, Sandeep is an avid sports enthusiast, finding joy in playing squash and lawn tennis.
