Samudra holds experience of more than 16 years in M&A advisory services and specializes in transactions tax and corporate restructuring advisory.

He has been involved in number of engagements involving advisory on various kinds of corporate reorganizations and restructuring for domestic players and MNCs.

Samudra has been advising corporates across industries on various transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, hive-off, cash repatriation, succession planning, family office structuring etc on an end to end basis.

He combines his knowledge of tax, securities and corporate laws with experience of working on complex assignments to come up with practical solutions to client issues on various aspects of M&A and other regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Dhruva, he was associated with BMR Advisors in their M&A practice.
