Rahul is a Chartered Accountant with more than 16 years of experience in advising clients on Transfer Pricing and International Tax matters.

His focus area has been Transfer Pricing (domestic litigation, APA, MAP, advising on transfer pricing models and BEPS).

Rahul has successfully argued cases at the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal.

He has advised start up companies on various Transfer Pricing and International Tax and Corporate Tax matters.

Rahul has served clients in industries such as Energy, Auto, Software Services, E-commerce, Industrial Products, Pharma, Engineering and FMCG.

Prior to joining Dhruva, he was with PwC India (including a short secondment with PwC Germany).
