Rahul is a Chartered Accountant with more than 19 years of experience in advising clients on transfer pricing and international tax matters.

His focus area has been Transfer Pricing (Domestic litigation, APA, MAP, advising on transfer pricing models, Global TP documentation based on OECD and BEPS).

He has successfully argued cases at the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal and represented clients for the APA and MAP cases.

He has advised multiple start-up companies on various international tax and corporate tax matters.

Prior to joining Dhruva, he was with PwC India (including a short secondment with PwC Germany)
