Radhakishan has about twenty-five years of professional experience. His experience is predominantly in Big 4 accounting firm (Deloitte Partner and PwC Executive Director). He has advised several MNCs and domestic companies on variety of tax issues.
Radhakishan has previously played a key role in the Centres of Excellence (CoE) in Deloitte and PwC. CoE is a team of tax professionals providing guidance to the tax practice on technical aspects.
Radhakishan actively contributes to international tax policy development by contributing to the work of OECD and UN. He frequently participates in the public consultations initiated by OECD and UN on various issues including Pillar One and Pillar Two.
Radhakishan is a former sub-committee member of the United Nations Committee of Experts in International Co-operation in Tax Matters (UN Tax Committee) and actively participates in the work of UN Tax Committee.
He was invited for Ambassador-level close briefing conducted for the Permanent Representatives of the G77 in Geneva organised by South Center and FACTI Panel in 2021. This was for explaining his suggestion of developing a separate Multilateral Instrument for UN Tax Provisions (UN MLI).
