She brings deep expertise in architecting and executing HR strategies that are tightly aligned with enterprise-wide objectives across diverse geographies. Her work has been instrumental in driving leadership effectiveness, shaping agile organizational structures, embedding cohesive culture across global teams and enabling sustainable business growth through strategic HR leadership.

At Dhruva, she leads the people agenda across India and regional offices and has been actively involved in strengthening the Firm’s employer proposition, enhancing leadership capability, refining policy frameworks and embedding a high-performance and an inclusive culture.

Prior to joining Dhruva, she has worked with organizations like BNP Paribas, Julius Baer and Boston Consulting Group etc.
