Nitin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has more than 13 years of experience in M&A tax and regulatory domain.

He has advised large Indian as well multinational clients on transaction structuring, tax due-diligence, transaction documentation, etc. Nitin has extensive experience on working with large corporate houses to restructure their group structure to achieve desired synergies and objectives.

Nitin also specializes in succession and estate planning, family settlement, cash repatriation strategy etc.

Prior to joining Dhruva Advisors, he was with PwC India.
