Maharshi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a B. Com graduate. He has more than 17 years of post qualification experience in tax and regulatory matters with a focus on transactions and restructuring.

He has advised large number of Indian and multinational clients, across sectors including FMCG, Retail, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Textile, IT, Manufacturing etc. on M&A deals, due diligence, internal / corporate restructurings, mergers, demergers and other arrangements like capital reduction, buyback etc. He has also advised clients in reorganization of promoter family holdings, succession planning and family settlement arrangements.

Prior to joining Dhruva Advisors, he was a Director in the M&A tax team at PwC and was earlier associated with KPMG in a similar role. He started his career with RSM & Co.
