Jignesh brings a deep expertise across GST, Customs, SEZ regulations, Foreign Trade Policy, and other trade-related laws. He has advised several Fortune 500 companies and Indian conglomerates across diverse sectors including energy, manufacturing, pharma, technology, and infrastructure. Known for his strategic insights in tax planning, litigation management, investigation, advocacy and compliance optimization, Jignesh has also led innovation in tax solutions and process reviews.
