He has been involved in assisting clients for implementation of VAT in UAE, Bahrain and Oman and GST in India, advisory services, tax due diligence, tax credit optimization, providing legal opinions, foreign trade policy, representation, and compliance engagements.

Geet has worked across various industry segments including Retail, Hospitality, Leisure & Entertainment, Real Estate & Infrastructure.

He was involved in end-to-end VAT Impact and Implementation Projects for multiple businesses including a prominent business conglomerate in the UAE, Bahrain and Oman.

Geet has conducted VAT Health Checks for various businesses including conglomerates, large family groups in the business of retail, entertainment, energy, real estate, manufacturing, trading and hospitality.

He is assisting many of his clients in advising on complex business transactions and arrangements. Geet has also assisted clients in FTA audit support and filing appeals / objections before TDRC and appearing before Court along with legal counsel.
