Dilpreet is a partner with Neo Dhruva and is based in Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of tax compliance and consulting for local and multinational companies.

Dilpreet is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), an associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA) and an Accredited Tax Advisor of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP).

His expertise, includes amongst others, planning for tax effective acquisitions and disposals; assisting on tax due diligence exercises and post-acquisition tax structuring; inbound and outbound investments; advising on tax efficient supply chain strategies and group reorganisations; international tax advisory and withholding tax implications and tax incentive negotiation and application with relevant government agencies.

Dilpreet has worked on client matters across a wide range of industries including consumer and retail, healthcare, life sciences, education, telecom, e-commerce, logistics, transportation, services, construction and manufacturing.

He has conducted the Tax Programme at the Tax Academy of Singapore as a lecturer and regularly speaks at taxation seminars and workshops.

Prior to joining Dhruva, Dilpreet has worked with large global accounting firms including KPMG, Ernst and Young and Arthur Andersen.
