Deepesh is a Partner at Dhruva Advisors LLP and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with more than 15 years’ experience in Direct Tax.

He specialises in the field of Corporate Tax advisory, Tax Planning and Transaction Structuring, Tax Litigation, International Taxation Advisory.

Deepesh has extensive experience in handling wide range of cases at various levels viz assessments, CIT(A), Income Tax Appellate Tribunals & High Courts.

He also has considerable domain expertise in advising on tax matters for the pharma and chemical industry and has been advising corporates engaged in Real Estate, IT & ITES and other manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Dhruva Advisors, he was with U.K. Gala & Associates, a specialised boutique tax firm.
