Vishal Lohia is an Associate Partner in Dhruva Advisors based in the Mumbai office.

He is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience in tax and regulatory matters. He specialises in the tax and regulatory matters pertaining to family offices, financial services and private equity sector.

Prior to joining Dhruva, Vishal was part of the financial services team at Ernst & Young.

Vishal’s areas of expertise more specifically include advising on regulations issued by RBI, SEBI, Gift City. In particular, he advises AIFs, NBFCs, Funds, FPIs, AIFs, Banks, Family offices/ Promoters on tax and regulatory aspects.
