Zeel is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) and a law graduate (LLB) from Mumbai University. He has around 16 years of post qualification experience in Direct Tax and Regulatory area.

He has advised large number of Indian and multinational clients, across sectors including Media & Entertainment, IT / ITES, Manufacturing, etc., on variety of International and Corporate tax advisory, Transaction structuring and documentation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax due-diligence, Tax controversies and litigation.

Prior to joining Dhruva Advisors, he has worked in the tax practice of Big 4 consulting firms such as KPMG and PwC. He also had a brief stint in the industry at upGrad Education Private Limited (an Edtech player).
