Amit Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant by profession, with a distinguished career spanning over 2 decades, Amit steps forward to harness deep domain knowledge in bringing well-rounded elegant tax solutions to the table for our clients.

Prior to joining Dhruva, he was with KPMG / BSR & Co LLP where he led engagements in diverse industries and for a brief period he had also contributed to Department of Professional Practice (DPP) of the firm, for vetting tax opinions and giving recommendations to business teams on tax technical outcomes. In his last role, he was also a core member of BEPS, GAAR and ‘Excellence and Innovation’ Teams, there.

Amit spent the formative years of his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte, Delhi. He subsequently worked at the tax & regulatory practice of Ernst & Young, Delhi where he handled complex international tax litigation cases, as well as tax due diligence and other M&A related matters.
